Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Services

The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Pittston is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist in the implementation of our Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME rehabilitation, and Homebuyer programs for the years 2025, 2026, and 2027. We invite professionals in appraisal, engineering, environmental, inspection, legal, consulting, and eminent domain services to submit their qualifications.

These initiatives aim to rehabilitate homes and undertake public improvement projects funded by federal HOME and CDBG resources. Interested parties can obtain the complete RFQ, including submission requirements and detailed scope of services, from our office or by contacting
